AI Automation & Digital Workforce Specialist

Job Summary
Lead design and implementation of AI agents across operations, building AI-driven workflows for bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting; redesign processes using AI, automation, and workflow orchestration; integrate systems across QuickBooks Online, Xero, Dext, Karbon, Plooto and internal platforms; build scalable, secure AI infrastructure with monitoring, audit trails, and escalation management; drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows and contribute to Enkel’s long-term AI strategy; collaborate with leadership, operations, and finance teams to identify bottlenecks, improve speed and quality, and deliver measurable operational impact.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in software engineering, AI systems, automation, or related technical fields
- Strong experience building AI agents, intelligent automations, or workflow orchestration systems
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and operational software platforms
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks
