Job Summary
Design and deploy AI agents, automation workflows, and system integrations to transform global operations across trading, reporting, and compliance. Build solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Python, and Azure AI tools to automate repetitive processes and create intelligent document-processing assistants. Work with business teams to map inefficient processes, own projects from requirements through testing, deployment, and user training, while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and well-documented. Take ownership of the AI and automation capability from the ground up, collaborating with senior leaders and colleagues across ten countries to drive digital transformation within a global recycling business.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years' hands-on experience in software development, automation or AI engineering
- Practical experience using Python and/or JavaScript
- Experience working with AI tools, frameworks or APIs such as Azure AI, OpenAI, LangChain or similar
- A good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and system integrations
- Experience using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps or Power BI
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure or another cloud platform
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with ERP or business systems would be an advantage
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field would be beneficial
