Hands-on AI Automation Developer to design, build, configure, test, and support conversational AI and automation workflows using the IntelePeer CAP platform, including AI-driven voice intake, SmartAgent conversational flows, intelligent call routing, healthcare workflow automation, API integrations, and data transformation. Work with PCG’s architecture leadership to expand AI implementation capabilities across healthcare and contact center environments; responsibilities include workflow design, integration with reporting/analytics, HIPAA-conscious solution design, and troubleshooting production issues. Projects involve AI-powered intake workflows, physician escalation logic, SmartAgent voice interactions, and scheduling integrations, with remote work flexibility and opportunities to grow into a lead implementation role.
