Job Summary
Lead the AI and Automation business unit at Gapps, owning day-to-day direction, client relationships, and revenue outcomes toward a €3M target; drive productization of AI services, guide internal AI development, and manage a growing leadership team in a hybrid Helsinki/Finland-wide remote setup. Must demonstrate senior leadership with proven P&L accountability, strong executive-level communication with anchor customers, and the ability to translate AI capabilities into business value. The role requires business leadership experience, AI expertise applied to real business problems, and comfort leading senior experts while maintaining customer-facing credibility.
