Job Summary
Take ownership of GoHighLevel CRM setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization while building automations, workflows, and sales pipelines to improve lead handling and conversion. Integrate Claude AI and other tools into daily business processes to support AI-driven content creation and marketing automation initiatives. Manage and update the company website, ensuring accuracy and performance, while implementing SEO across key pages to support organic lead generation. Assist with paid traffic campaigns and continuously identify opportunities to streamline internal systems and reduce reliance on external agencies. Provide clear, consistent updates on progress and improvements to the founder. This role supports a UK-based roofing, insulation, and damp-proofing company in growing its in-house digital capabilities through remote, independent contractor work.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in GoHighLevel
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and automation workflows (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SEO principles
- Experience managing and updating WordPress websites
- Practical experience using AI for content creation, systems optimization, and workflow automation
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with clear and professional English communication
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Google Ads or other paid traffic channels
- Background in local service-based businesses or lead generation environments
