AI Associate

We are seeking an organized, curious AI Associate to serve as the internal hub of Clear Investment Group’s AI initiative. You will coordinate workstreams across acquisitions, asset management, finance, and operations, act as the primary day-to-day point of contact between CIG and our external AI consulting partner, and ensure follow-through on deliverables. Responsibilities include maintaining the internal AI project tracker, coordinating meetings, communicating consultant recommendations to internal teams, and supporting deployment of new AI tools and workflows. The role requires 1–3 years of experience in coordination, operations, project management, or technology implementation, and hands-on familiarity with AI tools. A Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred. This is an in-office, full-time position based in Chicago, IL, with compensation of $65K–$75K base plus a performance bonus and benefits.
