Job Summary
We are building a next-generation AI-driven creative team and seek experienced artists, filmmakers, and visual storytellers to produce client-ready AI-generated imagery and video for commercial projects. Responsibilities include translating briefs into compelling visual concepts, directing and refining content using leading AI image/video tools, enhancing outputs with compositing, retouching, color grading, VFX, and finishing workflows, collaborating with directors/producers/designers/editors, and helping develop new AI production workflows and best practices. Requires a strong 5+ year background in film/commercial production/VFX/animation/post-production, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with tools such as Veo, Kling, Seedance, Runway, Luma, Midjourney, Flux, ComfyUI, After Effects, Nuke, Resolve, Premiere, Maya, Cinema 4D, Houdini or equivalents. Compensation is $500-$800 per day on a hybrid in-office/remote basis; exceptional freelancers may be considered for full-time opportunities as the AI team grows.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in film, commercial production, VFX, animation, motion design, editing, or post-production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating traditional craft and AI-generated work
- Experience with AI tools and conventional VFX/CG tools
- Ability to take projects from concept through final delivery
