Job Summary
AI Solution Architect to help business teams transform AI ideas into well-defined, testable MVP prototypes, serving as a bridge between business and technology. Responsibilities include identifying workflows and high-value AI opportunities with stakeholders, translating ambiguous business ideas into use cases and MVP plans, supporting prompt engineering and AI solution prototyping, designing agentic workflows, conducting evaluations of prompt quality and model behavior, assessing feasibility and risks, coordinating across business users, governance partners, and AI engineering teams, preparing use cases with data requirements and dependencies, and capturing reusable AI patterns while staying informed on emerging AI trends. Required qualifications emphasize strong communication, hands-on experience with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot), solid understanding of generative AI concepts (prompt engineering, AI agents, context management, model behavior, hallucination risks, evaluation methodologies), systems-thinking, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and experience managing multiple initiatives. Preferred qualifications include exposure to rapid prototyping, workflow automation, and experience in financial services, consulting, or startup environments.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, including: Prompt engineering, AI agents and agentic systems, Context management, Model outputs and behavior, Hallucination risks, AI evaluation methodologies
- Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to understand interactions between people, processes, data, and technology
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business audiences
- Ability to translate business challenges into structured technical requirements
- Comfortable working across business and technology teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress in evolving environments
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining priorities and stakeholder alignment
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence, agentic automation, and innovation
- Exposure to prompt engineering, user testing, rapid prototyping, or workflow automation
- Experience in financial services, consulting, or startup environments
- Interest in AI evaluations, responsible AI, agentic workflows, and frontier model capabilities
