AI Architect - Generative AI

Job Summary
Lead AI/GenAI solution architecture for enterprise clients. Engage with existing and prospective clients to present AI/ML and GenAI-based solutions, including product/platform demonstrations. Lead the technical response to AI/ML and GenAI-related RFPs/RFIs and present the technical solution in customer orals (in-person/virtual). Architect and design advanced analytical applications using GenAI across domains such as Forecasting, Predictive Maintenance, Segmentation, and Supply Chain; implement GenAI/Agentic AI capabilities leveraging LLMs across major cloud platforms. Serve as the primary technical PoC to ensure Responsible AI practices, stay current with industry trends, and provide technical advisory to customer, pre-sales, and delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years in machine learning, data science, or enterprise-scale ML/AI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Hands-on expertise in fine-tuning LLMs and designing AI/ML/GenAI solutions on at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Strong relationship-building and technical advisory abilities
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect designing and developing AI/ML applications
- Minimum 2 years hands-on GenAI/Agentic AI applications demonstrating LLMs in at least one of: manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, financial services
- Demonstrated experience in pre-sales and driving technical solutions in sales cycles
- Experience handling large and sophisticated RFPs/RFIs and collaborating with multiple service lines and vendors
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field
