AI Architect

Define and evolve technical standards, architecture patterns, and tooling choices for AI adoption across the engineering codebase. Own the multi-milestone roadmap for the AI-Native Transformation, partnering with squad leads to execute readiness, validation, and governance phases. Decide on necessary AI tooling, agent infrastructure, and evaluation pipelines, then build or oversee their construction. Establish policy and technical controls for safe adoption, determining where human-in-the-loop review is required versus autonomous agent action. Author and enforce practical engineering guidance, including agent conventions, review norms, and evaluation standards. This full-time role reports to the CTO and is open to candidates in the US, Canada, or Mexico.
