Job Summary
Design AI-driven target architectures and AI-based software factories, and develop AI-powered delivery pipelines that translate engineering standards and business rules into machine-executable workflows. Establish governance mechanisms with multi-layered validation, identity boundaries, and end-to-end traceability; implement evaluation and security mechanisms including automated testing, architecture compliance checks, and red-teaming for AI-generated systems. Translate enterprise knowledge into machine-readable structures (architecture decisions, domain models, APIs) to enable autonomous development; embed AI sustainably into existing landscapes and operating models to translate vision into measurable business impact. Communicate complex technical topics effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; work in interdisciplinary, global teams; travel as needed; fluent in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field
