AI Application Engineer (Part-Time)

Job Summary
Build and maintain AI-powered applications, workflows, and automations using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and RAG pipelines. Develop full-stack features including backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces while leveraging AI-assisted tools like Claude Code and Cursor to prototype and ship quickly. Support production systems by troubleshooting issues, improving reliability, and contributing to operational workflows within document processing and quality control logic. Collaborate with the CTO and engineering team across time zones to participate in PRs, releases, and continuous product improvements. This part-time role requires U.S. timezone overlap and offers potential to transition to full-time with performance-based incentives.
