Job Summary
AI and Technology consultants work with clients at all levels of the organization, from the C-suite to the shop floor, delivering data-driven decisions and measurable value. Areas include Agile Transformation, Cloud and Technology Strategies, DevOps, Solution Design, and App Development. The role requires knowledge across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), databases (SQL, DB2, Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, NoSQL), multiple programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, Python), and frameworks (e.g., .Net, NodeJS, React, Angular). Candidates should have experience translating business requirements into technical requirements, leading or contributing to project teams, and coaching Agile processes, with a track record of delivering results and collaboration across industries. The position emphasizes customer-facing collaboration, problem solving, and delivering actionable, data-driven solutions, with a longstanding emphasis on values of Excellence, Participation, Integrity, and Collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization for permanent employment in the United States (not eligible for immigration sponsorship)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 8+ years professional experience
- Experience leading and/or contributing at a significant level to project teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience across our service offerings
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Ability to work across industries, roles, functions & technologies
