Job Summary
AI and Technology consultants work with clients at all levels to deliver on strategic initiatives, translating business requirements into technical solutions. The role encompasses Agile Transformation, Cloud and Technology Strategies, DevOps, and Solution Design, with hands-on experience in App Development. Proficiency across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), databases (SQL, DB2, Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, NoSQL), and programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, Python) is valued, along with frameworks (e.g., .NET, NodeJS, React, Angular) and IoT/Edge Computing concepts. The consultant collaborates with clients to define requirements, leads or contributes to project teams, and applies both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, while coaching teams on agile best practices. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and building a broad, cross-functional impact within a consulting environment.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization for permanent employment in the United States (this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 8+ years professional experience (preferred)
- Experience across service offerings (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated business and technology acumen
- Ability to work across industries, roles, functions & technologies
