Job Summary
The AI and Solutions Development Analyst role combines customer-facing supply chain consulting with internal analytics and AI-driven capabilities. Responsibilities include conducting on-site and virtual assessments, evaluating networks, designing tailored logistics solutions across the full-service portfolio, building financial models and ROI analyses, developing customer-facing proposals, supporting sales opportunities, and delivering analytics via dashboards and AI-enabled tools. The position requires collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and IT to design solutions, prototype AI automation, build data pipelines, integrate platforms (HubSpot, Revenova TMS, WMS, Salesforce), and present findings to senior stakeholders. Travel to customer sites (approx. 10-20%) is common; candidates should be comfortable in warehousing and trucking environments and have hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and Power BI/Tableau for data visualization and decision support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field is required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain consulting, logistics analytics, or 3PL operations
- Demonstrated ability to conduct customer-facing assessments and deliver formal recommendations
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis
- Experience building dashboards or reports in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Familiarity with AI development, automation tools, or machine learning applications
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to senior-level stakeholders
- Prior background in freight brokerage, 3PL, or managed logistics environments preferred
- Track record of quantifying and presenting cost savings or efficiency improvements to customers
- Willing to travel to customer sites as needed, estimated 10-20% travel
- Comfortable being exposed to warehousing and trucking environments on a regular basis
