Job Summary
In This Role You Will: Be an owner of full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles across ML research, robotics, systems, and infrastructure; design interview processes with structured calibration; partner with founders and hiring managers to align on talent strategy and closing approaches; build heatmaps for frontier lab talent and close with full autonomy; proactively identify top-tier candidates and craft bespoke closing strategies; bring data-driven, analytical rigor to talent strategies, sourcing, and compensation guidance; operate with urgency and a high bar for candidates, while treating every candidate with care and respect.
