AI and Machine Learning Manager

Job Summary
Lead and mentor AI/ML teams to develop, deploy, and optimize scalable machine learning solutions. Drive the organization’s AI/ML strategy, manage cross-functional projects, coordinate with senior leadership and stakeholders, and deliver high-impact outcomes. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and stay abreast of advancements in AI/ML technologies. Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in cloud platforms, big data technologies, and distributed computing. Responsible for defining project scope, timelines, resource needs, and ensuring high-quality execution while maintaining data privacy and ethical considerations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7-15 years of experience with 5+ years of people management; Advanced degree strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or closely related quantitative discipline
- Typically 7-15 years of experience including 5+ years of people management experience
- Advanced Degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) is strongly preferred
