Job Summary
Director-level role leading strategic engagements to accelerate adoption of Genesys AI and Experience Orchestration capabilities. Partners with core account teams to translate business goals into impactful AI use cases, engage with senior and C-level leaders, influence deal strategy with account executives, and drive field execution of AI programs. Responsibilities include positioning, pricing, proposals, customer workshops, pilot opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and professional services to shape AI opportunities that align with customer objectives. Requires 10-12 years in software/cloud/AI, strong AI and customer-experience domain expertise, exceptional communication, and ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities and showcase best-practice sales motions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong subject matter expertise in AI and customer experience technology
- 10-12 years of experience in software, cloud, or AI related roles
- Experience in AI powered customer experience or sales overlay/pre-sales roles
- Ability to influence without direct authority and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience coordinating and executing AI proofs of concept
- Ability to create effective territory and account strategies that drive growth
- Strong presentation skills and ability to serve as a subject matter expert
- Experience shaping AI use cases, prioritization frameworks, and pilots
- Ability to lead workshops and capture customer insights across marketing, product, and customer success
