Job Summary
Lead the delivery, enablement, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI, machine learning, and data solutions. Partner with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to identify high-value opportunities and deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, user adoption, and measurable business outcomes. This hands-on technical leadership role combines solution development, project coordination, data platform knowledge, and organizational enablement. Responsible for building and deploying production AI/ML solutions, working with enterprise data platforms and cloud technologies, and translating business needs into secure, adoption-ready solutions. Activities include mentoring, governance and lifecycle management for enterprise AI/data practices, promoting adoption through training and stakeholder guidance, and contributing to roadmaps and platform strategy. Stay current on emerging AI, automation, cloud, and data capabilities toRecommend practical applications that create business value and support post-implementation support, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data engineering, cloud data platforms, or related technical roles
- Experience developing and deploying production-level AI/ML solutions using Python and related frameworks or tools
- Experience with cloud data platforms and tools, including AWS, Snowflake, and SQL, to support analytics and AI/ML workloads
- Experience designing or supporting data and AI/ML workloads in a cloud environment (AWS or Azure)
- Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional technical projects from requirements through implementation
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, solution designs, implementation plans, and adoption approaches
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a collaborative environment
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and translate business problems into practical technical approaches
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, communication, and presentation skills
