AI and Business Systems Manager

Job Summary

Lead the organization's AI, automation, and digital transformation strategy by identifying workflow efficiencies, rationalizing software applications, and maximizing Microsoft 365 ecosystem investments including Copilot and Power Platform. Design scalable business systems and solution architectures that support clinical, educational, administrative, and fundraising operations while applying Agile project management to deliver measurable outcomes. Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize business needs and develop AI-enabled approaches for grant research, proposal development, and knowledge management. Ensure all initiatives align with privacy, security, and ethical standards, then design and deliver staff training programs to increase AI literacy across the organization. Help establish an AI learning and innovation institute to provide best practices for external nonprofit and healthcare organizations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business systems, digital transformation, technology consulting, solution architecture, or related roles
  • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, business process automation, and AI technologies
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from concept through implementation
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Comfort working independently and successfully navigating ambiguity
  • Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and change management capabilities
  • Maintain strictest confidentiality regarding clients and employees; adhere to all HIPPA regulations

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of system architecture, integrations, data management, and technology governance
  • Experience developing training programs, facilitating workshops, or leading organizational change initiatives
