Job Summary
AI & Automation Coordinator responsible for identifying opportunities to improve processes with AI and automation, building and testing workflows to streamline admin and operational tasks, researching and trialing new AI tools, supporting system integration across teams, automating reporting and dashboards, and collaborating with across-business teams to improve efficiency. The role emphasizes hands-on work for a recent graduate or junior candidate, with a focus on experimentation, learning quickly, and bringing new ideas to help IMG work smarter. Bonus familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and workflow automation tools, Google Workspace, data/reporting, and basic coding or API integrations is welcomed.
Required Qualifications

- Tech savvy with strong problem-solving skills
