AI Analytic Software Engineer-Senior

Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy mission-critical AI and analytics solutions within a highly governed environment. Integrate advanced AI capabilities through APIs such as OpenAI and AWS Bedrock, and build intuitive front-end experiences using AWS Amplify and React. Implement analytic governance frameworks to ensure all models, data, and workflows are compliant, auditable, and aligned with customer and enterprise policy. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a B.S. degree in Computer Science, and eight years of experience, or equivalent higher degrees with reduced experience requirements. Proficiency in Python, Java, PySpark, Kubernetes, and Docker is essential, alongside strong agile delivery skills using Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Confluence. Manage modern version control and model/code repositories using Git, GitLab, Hugging Face, or Bailo.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
- A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science or a related field and eight (8) years or relevant experience
- A Doctoral degree (PHD) and four (4) years
- A Master of Science (M.S.) degree and six (6) years
- An Associate of Science (A.S.) degree and ten (10) years of experience
- Strong proficiency with object-oriented languages like Python and Java
- Demonstrable expertise with analytic development environments and cloud-native platforms
- Strong agile delivery skills using Scrum or Kanban and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Proficiency with modern version control and model/code management using Git, GitLab, Hugging Face, Bailo, or similar tools
- Experience with the following tech stack: PySpark
