Job Summary
Full Stack Developer at Kyndryl’s AI Innovation Hub will build and maintain cutting-edge web applications and services supporting global AI/Agentic AI solutions. You’ll work across the stack—from designing responsive user interfaces to developing robust backend systems and APIs—for seamless integration and optimal performance. Essential qualifications include 3 years of software engineering experience, proficiency in Java and Python, experience with Spring/Hibernate and frontend frameworks (Angular or React), a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, hyperscaler certifications, DevOps tooling knowledge, NoSQL familiarity, and expertise in microservices, containers, and messaging queues. The role offers a hybrid-friendly culture in Madrid, Spain.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a software engineer on software projects
- Coding skills in Java and Python with debugging and problem-solving
- Experience with frontend and backend development; frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Angular or React
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Certification in one or more hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud GCP)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and modern engineering practices
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of architecture, microservices architecture, containers, messaging queues
