Job Summary
Develop, deploy, and optimize autonomous AI agents that execute business tasks and automate workflows across marketing, sales, and customer operations. Design AI-driven workflows for lead generation, customer engagement, and operational automation. Build agents capable of handling initial inquiries and basic support, integrate AI agents with CRMs and marketing tools via APIs, and maintain reliable automation pipelines using tools like Zapier. Focus on production-grade AI systems, data handling, and scalable architectures to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency of marketing and operations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience building AI agents (portfolio or live projects required)
- Strong experience with tools such as: ChatGPT / OpenAI API, Claude, GitHub Copilot
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier (or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of API integration and system architecture
- Ability to design autonomous, multi-step AI workflows
- Familiarity with data handling and workflow automation principles
- Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset
