Job Summary
AI Agent Builder at arrivia designs and builds multi-step agent architectures to automate marketing, analytics, and operational tasks. You’ll develop and fine-tune AI agents, copilots, and expert agents that integrate into our marketing ecosystem, partner with Performance, Lifecycle, and Brand teams to identify high-impact automation, and create reusable agent frameworks, templates, and prompt standards to ensure outputs are accurate, actionable, and secure. You should be a systems thinker who meshes marketing strategy with hands-on automation, leveraging Python/JSON/JavaScript, Power Automate, Copilot, agent platforms, APIs/Webhooks, HTML/CSS for email optimization, and databases like SQL or Firebase; knowledge of Marketo/Tealium and LLMs is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of high proficiency with Python, JSON, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot, and agent-enabling platforms (e.g., Claude, Codex, n8n)
- Deep expertise in APIs and Webhooks
- Proficiency in HTML & CSS for email optimization
- Experience managing databases like SQL or Firebase
- MarTech experience with Marketo and/or Tealium (advantage)
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic design patterns
