Job Summary
Own engagement for Mazlan free-trial customers within your assigned region by managing portfolios from activation through conversion. Deliver structured onboarding sessions, demos, and workflow walkthroughs while tailoring guidance to specific customer needs. Proactively identify barriers to adoption and translate capabilities into practical use cases across EHS, Quality, and Compliance sectors. Monitor trial health to flag at-risk accounts early and share feedback with Product and Commercial teams to support conversion conversations.
