Job Summary
Lead adoption and change management for Global Sales Operations within the GTM AI Acceleration team; design scalable training, establish communities of practice and local champion networks, drive enterprise-level change management, measure adoption through usage and feedback, and design/global enablement strategies to rollout AI tools and processes for Sales Operations personas and workflows; collaborate with GTM Engineers, Data Engineers, Project Managers, Enablement Experts, and Sales Operations teams to align product development with user experience. A Day in the Life includes hosting community-of-practice sessions, coordinating with engineers on upcoming releases, and delivering adoption dashboards for leadership. Ideal candidate has 4+ years in SaaS or enterprise sales enablement/change management, experience leading technology adoption initiatives, and strong communication skills; proficient with CRM and AI/automation tools; fluent in English with additional languages valued.
