AI Adoption Lead

Job Summary
Design and lead the full change and adoption programme for each AI Momentum client engagement, building executive sponsor commitment and recruiting internal champions. Assess organisational readiness, identify stakeholder concerns, and define success metrics to track behaviour change rather than tool usage. Lead AI Accelerate and AI Operate end-to-end, establishing champion networks and the ROI narrative to anchor renewal conversations from month seven onward. Shape the adoption narrative in sales meetings and refine the AI Momentum methodology into repeatable playbooks while raising team adoption literacy. Operate at executive level across AU, UK, and US markets with flexible scheduling to support global client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes across complex organisations
- Clear accountability for adoption or change outcomes
- Experience gained through consulting, client-side transformation or comparable leadership roles
- Confident and engaging when communicating with groups of 50–500 people
- Ability to design and facilitate town halls, roadshows and events that encourage participation, build understanding and create momentum
- Ability to define adoption metrics before deployment
- Ability to track behaviour change, not just tool usage
- Ability to build reporting that drives renewal
- Understanding of the link between adoption outcomes and recurring revenue
- Comfort with commercial accountability
- Understanding of influence, decision-making relationships and stakeholder needs
- Ability to engage sponsors, advocates and constructive sceptics early, building coalitions that continue beyond the engagement
- Ability to identify the underlying causes of concern or uncertainty
- Ability to respond with targeted engagement, support and communication rather than a one-size-fits-all plan
- Ability to operate at executive level across AU, UK, and US markets
- Understanding of the cultural calibration required for AU, UK, and US markets
- Willingness to work flexibly when client needs or collaboration across time zones occasionally require it
