Job Summary
Document AI workflows and processes in clear, step-by-step form while organizing an internal library of prompts, guides, and templates to reach 24 workflows and 36 resources. Develop and maintain knowledge bases by gathering, organizing, and preparing content for staff and community audiences. Coordinate internal AI training and the AI in Rural EDOs learning series, including virtual sessions, in-person gatherings, and cohort courses, by preparing materials and capturing feedback. Prepare, distribute, and compile responses for the AI in Rural EDOs survey to support program evaluation. Collect service-related data, participant feedback, and activity summaries for staff review and continuous improvement. Organize virtual and in-person AI learning sessions and meetings connecting rural leaders with education opportunities. Participate in regular supervision meetings to discuss service activities and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. Serve full-time from September 8, 2026, to August 13, 2027, supporting Dakota Resources' mission to connect capital and leadership capacity to empower rural communities.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen, National, or Lawful Permanent Resident
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 17 years of age or older by the start of service
- Passion for community service and connecting your neighbors to the digital tools, skills, and opportunities they need to thrive
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Interest in gaining experience in community development or digital inclusion
