Job Summary
Teach track and field fundamentals, event-specific techniques, and competition strategies while modeling core values of Commitment, Effort, and Teamwork. Assist in preparing and implementing focused practice plans that emphasize skill development and continuous improvement. Coach in a transformative manner to build strong relationships and help student-athletes grow as competitors and people. Collaborate with the head coach and coaching staff to develop athletes within a vertically aligned program. Provide positive leadership and support to foster a culture of excellence while following all KSHSAA, USD 435, and Abilene High School policies.
