Job Summary
Direct daily store operations during assigned shifts in the absence of management, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, till prep, and vendor deliveries. Monitor full-time and part-time team members, resolve customer complaints and exchanges, and document issues for follow-up. Perform front-end administrative duties, bag/video checks, and stock merchandise while maintaining sanitation logs and safety standards. Escalate employee disciplinary or performance issues to Store or District Managers as needed. Complete electronic reports and adhere to loss prevention protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual
- Comprehensive product knowledge
- Previous supervisory experience
- Basic math skills

- Must Adhere to a uniform dress code
- Reach, bend, balance, lift, and transport objects 20–50lbs (occasionally up to 80lbs)

- Push, pull, grasp, twist, and perform sawing motions for extended periods
- Work in freezers, coolers, inside/outside the store, all weather conditions, and delivery trucks
