Job Summary
Provide outpatient primary care services to patients across Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, including Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, Downtown, and Squirrel Hill. Deliver comprehensive care for family physicians, geriatricians, and general internists within a value-based model emphasizing preventative care and long-term wellness. Utilize extended care team support from mid-level providers, behavioral health consultants, social workers, and registered dietitians. Maintain board eligibility, Pennsylvania licensure, DEA, and CPR certifications prior to employment.
