Job Summary
Provide outpatient primary care services across Pittsburgh neighborhoods including Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, Downtown, and Squirrel Hill. Manage patient care within a value-based model featuring extended support from mid-level providers, behavioral health consultants, social workers, and registered dietitians. Deliver correctional medicine services at the Allegheny County Jail. Maintain board eligibility or certification and hold a Pennsylvania license, DEA, and CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Must be board eligible/certified.
- Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment.
- DEA and CPR Certification required prior to employment.
