Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for patients across Pittsburgh neighborhoods including Braddock, North Versailles, Monroeville, Downtown, Squirrel Hill, and Westmoreland County. Manage care for family physicians, geriatricians, and general internists within a value-based model prioritizing preventative outcomes and long-term wellness. Utilize extended care team support including mid-level providers, behavioral health consultants, social workers, and dietitians. Serve correctional medicine patients at Allegheny County Jail. Maintain board eligibility, Pennsylvania licensure, DEA, and CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Must be board eligible/certified.
- Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment.
