Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for patients in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, across diverse neighborhoods including Braddock, Squirrel Hill, and Downtown, as well as Westmoreland County and correctional medicine at the Allegheny County Jail. Deliver value-based care focused on quality outcomes, preventative services, and long-term wellness while utilizing extended care team support from mid-level providers, behavioral health consultants, social workers, dietitians, and certified diabetes educators. Maintain board eligibility or certification, hold a Pennsylvania license, and ensure DEA and CPR certification prior to employment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be board eligible/certified.
- Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment.
- DEA and CPR Certification required prior to employment.
