Job Summary
Provide outpatient primary care to patients across Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, including Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, Downtown, and specific suburbs like Squirrel Hill and Grove City. Manage correctional medicine duties at Allegheny County Jail while adhering to a value-based care model focused on quality outcomes and preventative wellness. Deliver comprehensive care supported by extended teams including mid-level providers, behavioral health consultants, social workers, registered dietitians, and certified diabetes educators. Maintain board eligibility or certification, hold a Pennsylvania license, and ensure DEA and CPR certification prior to employment.
