Job Summary
Provide outpatient primary care services to patients across Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, including Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, Downtown, and specific facilities like the Allegheny County Jail. Deliver care within a value-based model emphasizing preventative health and long-term wellness, supported by extended care teams including mid-level providers, behavioral health consultants, social workers, and dietitians. Maintain board eligibility and state licensure while managing clinical responsibilities in diverse settings ranging from community neighborhoods to correctional medicine.
Required Qualifications
- Must be board eligible/certified.
- Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment.
- DEA and CPR Certification required prior to employment.
