Job Summary
Provide outpatient primary care to patients across Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, including Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, Downtown, and specific suburbs like Squirrel Hill and Grove City. Manage correctional medicine duties at the Allegheny County Jail. Deliver preventative care and quality outcomes within a value-based model supported by extended care teams including mid-level providers, behavioral health consultants, social workers, dietitians, and Certified Diabetes Educators. Board eligible or certified family physicians, geriatricians, and general internists must be licensed in Pennsylvania with DEA and CPR certification prior to employment.
