Job Summary
Provide outpatient primary care services in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, including Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, Downtown, and Correctional Medicine settings. Deliver value-based care focused on quality outcomes and preventative wellness while utilizing extended care teams such as mid-level support, behavioral health consultants, social workers, dietitians, and CDEs. Maintain board eligibility, Pennsylvania licensure, DEA, and CPR certification. Competitive salary, sign-on bonus, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits available.
Required Qualifications
