Job Summary
Deliver outpatient primary care services to patients across Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, including Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, Downtown, Squirrel Hill, and various Allegheny Valley locations. Manage correctional medicine duties at the Allegheny County Jail while maintaining a value-based care model focused on quality outcomes and preventative wellness. Utilize extended care team support from mid-level providers, behavioral health consultants, social workers, and registered dietitians to enhance long-term patient wellness. Maintain board eligibility or certification, hold a Pennsylvania license, and secure DEA and CPR certifications prior to employment.
