Job Summary
Provide outpatient primary care services across Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, including Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, Downtown, Squirrel Hill, and various Allegheny Valley locations. Manage correctional medicine duties at the Allegheny County Jail while operating within a value-based care model focused on quality outcomes and preventative wellness. Utilize extended care team support from mid-level providers, behavioral health consultants, social workers, dietitians, and certified diabetes educators. Maintain board eligibility or certification, hold a Pennsylvania license, and ensure DEA and CPR certification prior to employment. Required Qualifications
