Job Summary
Deliver outpatient primary care services to patients across Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, including Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, Downtown, Squirrel Hill, and various suburban communities. Manage correctional medicine duties at Allegheny County Jail as needed. Provide comprehensive care within a value-based model featuring extended support from mid-level providers, behavioral health consultants, social workers, dietitians, and certified diabetes educators. Maintain board eligibility or certification, hold a Pennsylvania license, and ensure active DEA and CPR certifications prior to employment. Required Qualifications
