Job Summary
Provide outpatient primary care services across Pittsburgh neighborhoods including Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, Downtown, and Squirrel Hill. Manage patient care for family physicians, geriatricians, and general internists within a value-based model emphasizing preventative care and long-term wellness. Coordinate with extended care teams comprising mid-level support, behavioral health consultants, social workers, and registered dietitians. Serve patients in diverse locations ranging from Bellevue to Correctional Medicine at Allegheny County Jail. Board eligible or certified physicians licensed in Pennsylvania with DEA and CPR certification are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be board eligible/certified.
- Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment.
- DEA and CPR Certification required prior to employment.
