Job Summary
Provide outpatient primary care services to patients across Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, including Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, Downtown, and specific suburbs like Squirrel Hill and Grove City. Manage patient care within a value-based model emphasizing preventative care and long-term wellness, supported by extended care teams including mid-levels, behavioral health consultants, and social workers. Address correctional medicine needs at the Allegheny County Jail. Board eligible or certified physicians must hold a Pennsylvania license, DEA, and CPR certification prior to employment. Competitive salary, sign-on bonus, and CME allowance are available.
