Job Summary
Provide outpatient primary care to patients across Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, including Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, Downtown, and Squirrel Hill. Manage correctional medicine duties at the Allegheny County Jail. Deliver comprehensive care within a value-based model featuring extended support from mid-levels, behavioral health consultants, social workers, dietitians, and certified diabetes educators. Maintain board eligibility, Pennsylvania licensure, DEA, and CPR certifications. Required Qualifications
