Job Summary
Deliver outpatient primary care services across diverse Pittsburgh neighborhoods, including Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, Downtown, and Squirrel Hill. Provide medical management for patients in the community and within the Allegheny County Jail correctional facility. Support value-based care delivery through extended team access, including mid-level providers, behavioral health consultants, social workers, and registered dietitians. Maintain board eligibility and state licensure while adhering to DEA and CPR certification requirements. Required Qualifications
