Job Summary
Write, design, and document technical publications for Army AH-64 Apache aircraft programs to specification guidelines. Edit scripts, storyboards, and supporting graphic content while ensuring quality, technical correctness, and instructional soundness of all draft and final documents. Participate in all phases of project execution, including analysis, design, and development. Interpret technical documentation such as blueprints and schematics to support accurate content creation. This role offers a transition from hands-on flight-line maintenance to an office environment for subject matter experts, leveraging intrinsic aircraft experience within a collaborative team setting.
Required Qualifications
- 4 or more years' of Flight-line maintenance experience on the Army's AH-64 Apache Aircraft
- Ability to interpret technical documentation such as blueprints, schematics, technical publications
- Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment
- Ability to work independently and ensure performance to deadlines and milestones
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively deliver a complex message, either written or verbal
- US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15
- US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card)
