Job Summary
AGS Sales Account Manager will lead strategic account development and implementation for aftermarket OEM customers, developing and executing long-term business development plans to grow aftermarket sales of OEM glass, and maintaining strong relationships with customers across levels. Responsibilities include targeting future business opportunities, achieving stated goals, communicating customer needs and industry trends to internal teams, maintaining Carlex product knowledge, delivering high service levels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage financial performance of assigned accounts, analyzing market data to identify opportunities, developing and tracking performance metrics, providing commercial insights and presenting status reports to management, and seeking process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and financial performance. The role requires strong sales strategy, relationship-building, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within the automotive glass industry.
