Job Summary
Deliver dry or liquid fertilizer and anhydrous ammonia to custom applicators and producers using straight trucks, semi-trucks, or pickup vehicles. Operate Class A or B CDL vehicles with tanker and Hazmat endorsements as needed, adhering to driver qualification standards and pre-employment drug testing requirements. Maintain a good driving record and reliable attendance while working weather-dependent hours across Hayward, Jackson, Janesville, and Madelia locations. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on endorsement class, with overtime after 40 hours weekly and 401k matching after 1,000 service hours.
Required Qualifications
- good driving record
- history of good attendance and reliability
- Must have CDL or ability to obtain Seasonal CDL license
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Meet the driver qualification standards set by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member
- Pre-employment drug testing required
- Comply with Crystal Valley's Drug and Alcohol Policy
