Job Summary
Agronomy Operations Manager in Custar, OH leads daily agronomy operations, including blending, loading, product handling, inventory control, and application logistics; ensures facilities and equipment are safe, operational, and field-ready; collaborates with other Legacy locations; supervises and develops staff; partners with agronomy sales to support customer needs and business growth; supports budgeting, forecasting, and purchasing input; ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements; maintains accurate documentation of operational activity and inventory movement; promotes a safe, team-oriented work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, or ability to obtain
- Applicator license or ability to obtain
- Strong leadership and hands-on management skills
- Basic computer and recordkeeping skills
- Experience in agronomy, agriculture operations, or related industry preferred
